When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Processing and fulfillment can take up to 7-10 business days and you can select your preferred shipping method.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, you can select your preferred method of shipment on the checkout page after entering your address.
Are duties and taxes charged on international orders?
You are responsible for applicable duties and taxes for the country you are shipping your item to.
Will I receive shipping updates or a tracking number?
Yes, once your order is processed and fulfilled, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, you can change your shipping address by emailing email@example.com with your order number and preferred shipping address. We cannot change shipping addresses after an order has been processed and fulfilled.
Where are items being shipped from?
NASTY WOMAN items are shipping from our fulfillment center in Los Angeles. All other items will ship from New Orleans.
What size should I order?
As stated in the product description, each item is American Apparel which has sizing guides available online.
In our opinion American Apparel runs small, so please take this into consideration when purchasing as there are no exchanges or returns.
Do you offer any additional sizes?
Unfortunately, we only have access to the sizes available on our site. We wish we had more variety and we apologize for not accommodating everyone. :(
I think I ordered the wrong size. Can I change my order?
Yes, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and correct size. We cannot make changes to your order once it has been processed and fulfilled.
CANCELATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order by emailing your order number and a request for cancelation to email@example.com. We cannot cancel your order if your request is after your item has been processed and fulfilled.
Can I make a change to my order, like update my shipping or email address?
Yes, email firstname.lastname@example.org with changes you would like made and your order number. We cannot make changes after your item has been processed and fulfilled.
Can I change my billing address?
No, we cannot change anything related to your billing information. If you entered the wrong billing address, please email email@example.com with your order number--we can then cancel your order and you can reorder with updated information.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
How do I return or exchange my item?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please see the Exchanges + Returns page for more information.

How can I be assured that you will donate 50% of proceeds to Planned Parenthood?
Google Ghost donates to Planned Parenthood on a monthly basis. Check the News section to see our announcements and sign up for our newsletter to receive updates. As of 12/31/16 we have donated $110,165.
Are you associated with Planned Parenthood?
No, we do not work for or have any relationship with Planned Parenthood. We're just fans.

Who (and what) is Google Ghost?
Google Ghost was founded by Amanda, the woman who created the NASTY WOMAN shirt. What was a one-woman show now includes a fulfillment warehouse and a number of friends who have stepped in to help.
