    What is your shipping schedule? 

    Orders are shipped once a day, Monday through Friday. 

    Is there a way to track my order?

    US orders: you will receive an automated email with your tracking number once it has been shipped. Please use an accurate email address at checkout to receive shipping information.

    International orders: You can select a shipping method with tracking on the checkout page. If you do not select a shipping method that provides tracking information on the checkout page, you will not be able to track your order once it leaves our studio. We highly suggest choosing an option that has international tracking. 

    Will I have to pay duties and customs for an international order? 

    Different countries have different duties and customs, please call your customs office to determine if you will need to pay a fee. We are not responsible for duties, taxes, or fees. 

    Tracking says my order was delivered, but it's not here! What do I do? 

    Email us at hi@yearofthenastywoman.com and we'll do our best to find your package! We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages, or mistakes made by your selected shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please contact your selected shipping carrier and file a claim.
